Production of Body Adventure Main Structure
The main structure includes the following stations: School House lunchroom, Mouth, Brain Dome, Stomach, Intestine, Heart, Lungs, Bones, Muscles, Skin and Pathway to Life. These stations are constructed with a light-weight aluminum frame covered by a nylon/spandex skin that stretches tightly around the frames. Also included is a tongue rug that is printed and specifies each area of the tongue.
Provide/Design Graphics for inside of main body exhibit structure
This includes using existing graphics previously designed and modifying/changing out exhibit name and logo. The graphics will then be printed on the skins of each work station by using the latest dye-sublimation process.
Provide/design graphics for outside of main body exhibit structure
This includes using existing graphics previously designed and modifying/changing out exhibit name and logo. The graphics will then be printed on the skins of each work station by using the latest dye-sublimation process.
Construction of brain dome including design/production of all graphics
The brain dome is a stand-alone station that is not attached to main structure. It also consists of a light-weight aluminum frame. Then, a nylon/spandex skin is produced that stretches tightly around the frame. Graphics are printed on the skin using the latest dye-sublimation process.
Construction of Pathway to Life
This includes design and production of modular fabric graphic panels and hardware.
Construct 3-dimensional character
Character is constructed of sculptured flexible foam. Depending on character (i.e., Power Panther, Organ Wise, etc.) final finishing will be added to replicate the character. Included is a build-in digital repeater. The unit is motion activated and set to repeat as programmed.

Yearly Renweal Option
Every summer the exhibit will come back to our facility for any refurbishing/cleaning that is needed to be done to get ready for the next year.
